ORDER PROCESSING POLICY
After you submit your order, you will receive confirmation that
your order was placed. Your order will be shipped in 2-3
business days after receipt, except for custom or special order
items.
OUR FREE SHIPPING POLICY
Books ship free on and over $25.00, $5.00 shipping under
$25.00. A shipping allowance will apply to orders shipped
outside the United States.
Most items will be shipped by U.S. Postal Service Media Mail.
We may elect to ship by another carrier and will notify you if
that is the case. All orders shipped to addresses outside of the
U.S. will be shipped by U.S. Postal Service.
OUR RETURN POLICY
We are certain you'll be happy with your merchandise. We
take extra care to fully describe our items. If in the rare event
you are not satisfied, for any reason, you can return the
merchandise within SIX MONTHS of the shipping date in
unused condition, so we can resell it, for a full refund of the
purchase price minus our cost of shipping the order to you
(the cost of the free shipping).
OUR REFUND POLICY
New, resellable items will have their purchase price fully
refunded (minus the cost of shipping). We are unable to
refund for items that have been used, are soiled.
OUR RESTOCKING POLICY
We do not charge restocking fees.
OUR DAMAGE POLICY
We take extra precautions to pack our orders to prevent
damage. If, despite our efforts, your order does arrive
damaged, please get contact with us and we will tell you how
to return it to us.
